In a breathtaking display of unity, strength, and unwavering party loyalty, Senator Cyril Oluwole Fasuyi, representing Ekiti North Senatorial District, led a thunderous crowd of supporters to a historic endorsement rally in Ado-Ekiti in honour of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (PBAT), Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji (BAO), and Deputy Governor Chief Monisade Afuye (MCA). The grand rally, held at the Ekiti Parapo Pavilion, drew thousands of party faithful and community members, solidifying the All Progressives Congress (APC)’s dominance in the political landscape of Ekiti State.

In what many have described as a landmark show of unity, strength, and political purpose, Senator Fasuyi, who also serves as the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Public Service and Establishment, brought unmatched energy to the rally with his large contingent of loyal supporters. Together, they turned the expansive venue into a carnival of solidarity, celebration, and resounding endorsement for the progressive leadership at both the state and federal levels.

The atmosphere was electric—punctuated by chants, music, and dancing—as thousands waved party flags and declared their commitment to the continuity of good governance. The presence of Senator Fasuyi added prestige and powerful momentum to the rally, which many political observers are already calling a symbolic declaration of victory ahead of 2026 and beyond.

Addressing journalists at the event, Senator Fasuyi described the rally as the most monumental political mobilisation he had ever witnessed in his career.

 “This is far beyond a rally; it is a resounding testament to the unwavering love and support that Ekiti people have for the transformational leadership of President Tinubu and Governor Oyebanji,” he stated.

He commended President Tinubu’s bold reforms and commitment to national renewal, stating that his administration's economic and infrastructural agenda is already producing visible results that resonate across the nation.

On Governor Oyebanji, Senator Fasuyi was emphatic.

“Governor Oyebanji has proven to be a blessing to Ekiti. From roads to healthcare, youth empowerment to grassroots development, his impact is undeniable. Every ward and every household in Ekiti feels the presence of his people-centered governance,” he said.

He also praised Deputy Governor Monisade Afuye for her unwavering loyalty, administrative competence, and consistent grassroots engagement.

Senator Fasuyi went further to charge the patriotic citizens of Ekiti North Senatorial District and the entire state to continue their full support for the current leadership.

 “I urge all my constituents and indeed every Ekiti indigene to continue to stand with this progressive leadership. Let us support BAO and MCA till 2030 and stand firmly behind PBAT till 2031. Together, we will achieve greater things for our dear state and country,” he declared.

The event, seen as a major political milestone, reaffirms the APC’s deep-rooted strength and grassroots appeal in Ekiti State. It also highlights the growing synergy between federal and state leadership, with the people reaping the benefits of purposeful governance and developmental strides.
