Irepodun/Ifelodun LG Chairman Charges Staff on Dedication, Professionalism, and Ethical Conduct.

The Executive Chairman of Irepodun/Ifelodun Local Government, Honourable Oluwatuyi Oluwagbenga, popularly known as Chenco, has urged local government workers to demonstrate unwavering dedication and ethical conduct in the discharge of their official duties.
Oluwatuyi made the encouraging charge during a strategic management meeting at the council secretariat, during the monthly statutory Executive meeting.
He emphasized the importance of integrity and professionalism in public service, cautioning workers against unethical practices and utterances capable of undermining the values of the civil service. He reminded them of their duty to uphold honesty and discipline in service delivery.
The chairman further called on staff to showcase the impactful developmental strides of his administration, describing his leadership team as pragmatic and results-driven. He noted that the team operates in synergy with the transformation agenda of Ekiti State Governor, His Excellency, Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji.
In her remarks, the Head of Local Government Administration (HLGA), Mrs. Akinbobola Deborah-B, applauded the chairman’s consistent commitment to staff welfare. She assured that the workforce would respond positively by giving their best and upholding the core values of public service.
Also speaking, the Director of Works, Engr. Adebayo, who spoke on behalf of Departmental Heads, pledged the directors’ full alignment with the leadership directive. He assured that they would lead by example in fostering discipline and productivity.
Present at the meeting were the Vice Chairman, Engineer Remi Alade; the Secretary, Honourable Dr. F.O Sule; and all the Directors of the various departments, including Messrs: Hassan Taiwo, Abiodun M.K, Akode Kehinde, Odeyemi Mosunmola, Adeniyi L.T, Adetukasi Y.L, Faluyi Engineer Adebayo Ojo, Prince Adegoke Peter, Asubiojo G.O, and other prominent political figures in the LG.
The meeting concluded with a renewed commitment to excellence, integrity, and the shared vision of moving Irepodun/Ifelodun Local Government forward.
