How IBOO’s Road Projects Improved Connectivity Across Ekiti North Federal Constituency 2.
Road infrastructure was a major focus of the representation of Hon. Barr. Kunle Ibrahim Olarewaju (IBOO) during his tenure in the House of Representatives from 2019 to 2023.
His interventions were aimed at improving the movement of people and goods, opening up communities, supporting farmers and traders, and enhancing connectivity across Ekiti North Federal Constituency II.
Across the constituency, several road interventions were undertaken to address long-standing transportation challenges. The grading of rural roads made movement easier, particularly for farmers and traders who rely on accessible roads to transport agricultural produce to markets.
In addition to road grading, strategic roads received surface dressing to improve their durability, accessibility and usability, providing a smoother and safer experience for road users.
π§ Some of the Road & Infrastructure Projects Include:
✅ Grading of rural roads across towns and villages in the constituency.
✅ Construction of Rt. Hon. Saliu Adeoti Road, Otun Ekiti.
✅ Construction of 1km Ilaro-Odo Ira to Otun Comprehensive High School Road.
✅ Surface dressing of 500m road beside Lully Restaurant, Otun-Ira Road.
✅ Surface dressing of 0.5km road beside the Palace of the Oore of Otun Ekiti.
✅ Dredging of River Ogbudu, Ayetoro Ekiti.
These interventions formed part of the visible infrastructure footprints of IBOO’s tenure and contributed to improved transportation, easier movement of agricultural produce and enhanced economic activities within the constituency.
Good representation should be measured not only by words, but by visible impact in the lives and communities of the people.
*IBOO LE’KANSI!*
Let’s continue the good work
