Agbeyewa farms is strengthening the technical capacity of its workforce as it scales up mechanised farming operations, following the completion of a two-day intensive training for its tractor operators and technicians.

Led by Zoomlion the training combined classroom instruction with hands-on technical sessions covering equipment safety, modern tractor operation, preventive maintenance, fleet management, and key machinery systems.

Participants also received practical training on four-row planter operations, including equipment loading, front ballast requirements, traction optimisation, and spare-parts management.

The capacity-building programme comes on the heels of Agbeyewa’s acquisition of five 110HP Zoomlion tractors, further reinforcing the company’s commitment to expanding mechanisation while equipping its people with the skills to operate and maintain its growing fleet safely and efficiently.
