In a bold move to drive efficiency and accountability within his administration, Governor Biodun Oyebanji of Ekiti State today concluded a transformative 3-day retreat. The retreat, organized by the state government, brought together key figures from the State Executive Council, Permanent Secretaries, and other high-ranking government officials.

During the retreat, Governor Oyebanji conveyed a resolute message that performance would be the sole determinant of an appointee's relevance in his government. He emphasized that a commitment to achieving tangible results aligned with the state's development agenda was paramount. With a firm tone, he declared that any official who failed to meet the administration's expectations and deliver on their responsibilities would be swiftly relieved of their duties.
