On behalf of the BAO Anchor Organisation, I’m filled with so much joy and gratitude as we gather to celebrate a well-deserved victory the confirmation of our own His Excellency, Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji (BAO) as the APC governorship candidate for the 2026 Ekiti election.

This victory isn’t just BAO’s; it’s a collective win for every Ekiti son and daughter who believes in continuity, progress, and the quiet strength of true leadership that keeps delivering.
We owe special appreciation to our father and leader, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for once again giving Ekiti the gift of BAO. Mr President, your confidence in him is a confidence in competence, and we assure you, Ekiti will not let you down.
Our gratitude also goes to the APC National Leadership, the Governorship Primary Committee led by Governor Usman Ododo, and all party stakeholders for conducting such a seamless, transparent, and peaceful process. You’ve once again shown that APC stands for unity and maturity.
To our dear Governor, congratulations, sir. You’ve earned this moment through humility, hard work, and a deep love for your people. Your leadership continues to be a source of pride for Ekiti.
For us in the BAO Anchor Organisation, this victory is the beginning of another phase. We’re already working on fresh, grassroots-focused strategies to canvass, mobilize, and vote massively for BAO come June 2026. We did it before, and we’ll do it again even stronger this time.
Today, we celebrate a milestone. Tomorrow, we roll up our sleeves and keep building the Ekiti of our dreams.
