APC Women Group Congratulates Ekiti First Lady, Oyebanji, on Elevation to Professor.
The All APC Women Support Group (AAWSG), Ekiti State Chapter, has congratulated the Wife of the Executive Governor of Ekiti State, Professor Olayemi Olajumoke Oyebanji on her elevation to the rank of Professor.
In a congratulatory letter dated October 14, 2026, and signed by the group's State Coordinator and Spokesperson, Pharmacist Fagboyo Rachael Funmilayo. The group praised the First Lady's elevation to Professor of Institutional Administration, Leadership, Quality Assurance in Education, and Human Resources Development.
The group mentioned that this historic elevation is not just a personal achievement, but a crowning glory of a distinguished career devoted to teaching, scholarship, mentorship and institutional leadership. 'It is a testament to your intellectual depth, hard work, humility and unwavering commitment to excellence.'
"We are immensely proud that Ekiti State is blessed with a First Lady who is not only a mother to all, but also a scholar of great repute," the letter stated.
Speaking on behalf of the group, Fagboyo said members celebrate the milestone with the First Lady. They prayed that the Almighty would continue to grant her wisdom, strength, and greater accomplishments in her new professorial role and in all her endeavours.
The group also assured Professor Oyebanji of its highest regards, loyalty, and best wishes.
The All APC Women Support Group, whose motto is "Unity, peace and progress in diversity," is a support platform for women within the All Progressives Congress in Ekiti State.
