Ekiti NYC Chair Hails Oyebanji on Cabinet Dissolution, Extols Outgoing Commissioners.
The Ekiti State Chairman of the Nigerian Youth Congress (NYC), Aare Adedara Temitope Moses, has congratulated Governor Biodun Oyebanji on the recent dissolution of the State Executive Council, describing it as a normal governance process and a reminder that “no position is permanent.”
Speaking with newsmen in Ado-Ekiti, the state capital, Aare Adedara commended the outgoing Commissioners and Special Advisers for their valuable contributions to the growth and heritage of Ekiti State during their tenure.
“Your efforts have enriched our state’s development, and history will never forget your loyalty to the progress of Ekiti State and our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC). We pray that God will guide your paths, grant you greater opportunities, and reward your sacrifices,” he said.
He urged the former cabinet members to remain steadfast in offering advice and contributing meaningfully to their former ministries whenever called upon. According to him, the service to the state should not end with the expiration of official appointments.
Aare Adedara added that the dissolution, which has been described in political circles as long overdue, should be seen as an opportunity for fresh ideas in governance, while also celebrating the dedication of those who had served.
