OJUAWO MOBILISES CONSTITUENTS AHEAD OF PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN RALLY IN EKITI.

As preparations gather momentum for the Presidential Campaign Rally scheduled to hold in Ado-Ekiti on Thursday, 5th November 2026, the Honourable Member representing Ekiti South Federal Constituency I, Hon. (AVM Rtd.) Rufus Adeniyi Ojuawo, has commenced intensive mobilisation efforts across his constituency to ensure a massive turnout and successful reception of the presidential campaign team.

Hon. Ojuawo has initiated consultations and mobilisation activities involving political stakeholders, party leaders, community representatives and supporters across Ikere, Ise/Orun and Ekiti South West Local Government Areas, with a view to ensuring adequate representation and active participation at the historic rally.

The forthcoming rally presents an opportunity for the people of Ekiti State to demonstrate their appreciation and continued support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration, particularly in recognition of the bold economic reforms, infrastructural interventions and other developmental initiatives introduced since he assumed office in May 2023.

Speaking ahead of the rally, Hon. Ojuawo described the event as an opportunity for the people of Ekiti State to demonstrate their appreciation to President Tinubu and reaffirm their commitment to his re-election.

He stated:

"Ekiti State is a homogeneous political community, and as we clearly demonstrated during the re-election of our performing Governor, His Excellency, Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, our commitment to the APC is evident and not in doubt. What lies ahead of us is the task of meeting and surpassing the 700,000 benchmark set by Mr Governor.

"As a member of the Ekiti State Presidential Campaign Council and the Directorate of Intelligence and Security, we will leave no stone unturned in ensuring that we deliver on our responsibilities. There must be no room for complacency. Our mandate is to ensure a hitch-free and successful rally, as well as a resounding victory for our great party in the January 2027 presidential election.

"Mr President has done well for Ekiti State, particularly through strategic appointments of our sons and daughters into important national positions and various federal interventions in our infrastructure and other critical sectors. These are tangible contributions that deserve recognition and appreciation."

While emphasising the importance of massive participation, Hon. Ojuawo called on all members and supporters of the APC to turn out en masse for the rally. He particularly noted that political leaders across Ekiti State are united in their support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's second-term ambition.

As preparations continue, Hon. Ojuawo is expected to sustain consultations with stakeholders across Ekiti South Federal Constituency I while coordinating mobilisation efforts to ensure a well-organised, peaceful and successful reception of the presidential campaign team.

His involvement further underscores his commitment to party activities, grassroots mobilisation and active participation in the political process at both constituency and state levels.
