Ekiti NSCDC Recovers Suspected Stolen Phones, Seeks Owners.
The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Ekiti State Command, has recovered six suspected stolen mobile phones and two power banks during a stop-and-search operation along the Iworoko axis of the state capital.
The items, valued at approximately N2 million, were discovered in a bag abandoned by a suspected pickpocket who fled the scene. The recovered phones include high-end brands such as Samsung and Umgidi, among others.
The Ekiti State Command is appealing to members of the public who may have lost their phones in the Iworoko area or other parts of the state to come forward with valid proof of ownership.
