General Adeosun Support Brig. Gen. (Rtd) Lekan Adeniran Akogun, To Obtain Senator's Form, To Represent Osun West Senatorial District At National Assembly.
Amidst palpable exhilaration, Brig Gen (Rtd) Lekan Adeniran Akogun has raised the hope of the people of Osun Senatorial West after he obtained his Senatorial form.
The ambience was agog with excitement as the (Rtd) Gen made his assurance statement after garnering his Senatorial form. He explained to the hordes that he is ready to use the disciplined, variegated experience he acquired as a top-notch military Officer in the Nigerian Army in the service of the people.
The retired General asked the people of Osun West Senatorial District to check his records when he was in service.
According to him, "What is most important to me is service to humanity, dedicated service augmented with vision. I am now appealing to the people of Osun Senatorial West to support me in my bid to represent the District at the National Assembly. I earnestly promise to let every citizen of Osun West Senatorial District enjoy the dividends of Democracy, he explained ".
Lekan Adeniran Akogun thereafter urged the people of Osun Senatorial West to go and collect their PVCs and also cast their votes for the dynamic Governor Gboyega Oyetola come the July 16 Governorship elections.
"We should allow Alhaji Isiaka Gboyega Oyetola - who is a veritable godsend - to take the state of Osun to the promised land. Demonstrably, Oyetola is a friend and lover of the masses,"
The amiable General advised the people of Osun at large to be very careful as elections loom large. He said, "We cannot afford to fritter away our votes on those inexperienced rabble rousers who do not have any worthwhile plans for the people - let us say a resounding NO to those who are just interested to get into the government house at all costs, taking us backwards in the process".
