Senator Cyril Fasuyi: Integrity in Action, Promises Fulfilled.

Senator Cyril Fasuyi: Integrity in Action, Promises Fulfilled.

Senator Cyril Fasuyi  has once again proven his commitment to grassroots development, demonstrating that his leadership is defined by fulfilled promises, not just words.

True to his word from his campaign visit, Sen. Fasuyi recently met with the leadership of Orisunmbare Farmstead in Itaji-Ekiti, including the Baale, Chief Asiwaju. The community's essential request—a solar power system and borehole renovation—is now being addressed.

The Senator assured them the solar project would be delivered within weeks. Going above and beyond, he also provided significant agricultural support:
 * Fertilisers and farm chemicals
 * Spraying pumps
 * A direct cash injection of ₦500,000 to boost the farmstead's economy.

In his remarks, chief Asiwaju, who was accompanied by Mr Ajiboye Jacob and Chief Mrs Dasofunjo Odunayo, expressed profound gratitude, thanking the Senator for remembering their request without being prompted and praising his consistent generosity.

Sen. Fasuyi continues to stand as a model of integrity and compassion, earning the unwavering support of communities like Orisunmbare.

Ondo APC Will Not Be Divided by Lies: Exposing the Falsehoods of the So-Called “Asiwaju Media Team”.

Ondo APC Will Not Be Divided by Lies: Exposing the Falsehoods of the So-Called “Asiwaju Media Team”.

The attention of the BTO Ambassadors, a coalition of progressive youths and stakeholders across Ondo State, has been drawn to a malicious publication titled “Ondo State Rejects Deceitful Loyalty: Exposing the Scandals Surrounding Bunmi Tunji-Ojo and His Defenders.”

The faceless authors of this propaganda, hiding under the name “Asiwaju Media Team,” have once again displayed their desperation to discredit genuine progressives and sow seeds of discord within the All Progressives Congress (APC) family in Ondo State.

We, the BTO Ambassadors, categorically condemn this shameful and baseless attempt to tarnish the impeccable image of Hon. (Dr.) Bunmi Tunji-Ojo, the Honourable Minister of Interior, and other respected leaders of the progressive family in our state.

Asiwaju Media Team: Agents of Division and Falsehood

It is an open secret in Ondo State that the so-called Asiwaju Media Team has become a hub for deceit, blackmail, and political mischief. Their recent publication is yet another example of a desperate bid to remain relevant through lies and propaganda.

Their continuous habit of fabricating slanderous materials against respected figures reveals their lack of moral compass and political maturity. They have become willing tools of those who are uncomfortable with the rising influence, integrity, and performance of Hon. Bunmi Tunji-Ojo, both at home and nationally.

No amount of falsehood will change the fact that this so-called media team thrives on propaganda, deceit, and manipulation to attack genuine party leaders.

Hon. Bunmi Tunji-Ojo’s Record Speaks for Itself
Hon. (Dr.) Bunmi Tunji-Ojo (BTO) remains one of Nigeria’s most result-oriented and transparent public officers. His leadership at the Ministry of Interior has brought unprecedented reforms — simplifying passport processes, enhancing border management, and restoring dignity to the ministry.

The concocted stories about his NYSC record are not only false but recycled propaganda long debunked. The NYSC has never issued any official statement indicting or questioning BTO’s credentials. These malicious claims are products of idle minds bent on destroying what they cannot build.

BTO’s commitment to service and his loyalty to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, and the APC remain unwavering. His competence, brilliance, and integrity are widely acknowledged across party lines.

A Clear Agenda to Divide the APC
The so-called Asiwaju Media Team is an unregistered, illegal propaganda outfit formed by political jobbers who aim to cause confusion and crisis within the APC. Their mission is to create unnecessary tension between Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa and Hon. Bunmi Tunji-Ojo, both of whom enjoy mutual respect and cooperation in the service of Ondo State.

The BTO Ambassadors warn these mischievous elements to desist from dragging the name of President Bola Tinubu or his progressive ideology into their dirty politics. The APC in Ondo State remains united under the leadership of Governor Aiyedatiwa and committed to supporting all federal appointees, including BTO, in delivering dividends of democracy to the people.

Facts Over Fabrications
There is no NYSC indictment or official controversy concerning Hon. Bunmi Tunji-Ojo.

He served legally and honorably as a Member of the House of Representatives (2019–2023).

His current ministerial appointment is based on merit, competence, and integrity.

The so-called “Asiwaju Media Team” is not recognized by the APC at any level — ward, local government, or state.

All allegations in their publication are baseless, unsubstantiated, and politically motivated.

Our Position
The BTO Ambassadors remain steadfast in defending the truth, unity, and progress of the APC in Ondo State. We will not allow a group of frustrated opportunists to destroy the hard-earned image of our leaders or derail the developmental focus of our party.

We call on all APC faithful and the general public to disregard the lies being spread by the Asiwaju Media Team and their cohorts. The people of Ondo State know their true leaders — men and women of character, integrity, and proven capacity like Hon. Bunmi Tunji-Ojo.

In Conclusion
Ondo State is a land of honour and integrity.
The truth will always stand tall above the noise of liars.
No amount of blackmail or propaganda can diminish the shining light of progress that Bunmi Tunji-Ojo represents for our state and nation.

By Olamide Akinwumi

In a major boost to healthcare delivery in Ekiti State, Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji has transformed the Ilupeju/Itapa General Hospital into a modern medical facility equipped to meet the needs of residents in Ilupeju, Itapa, Ijelu, Omu, and surrounding communities.

Originally established in 1991, the hospital had over the years struggled with dilapidated infrastructure and inadequate facilities. However, following the recent comprehensive rehabilitation and upgrade initiated by the Oyebanji-led administration, the hospital now stands as a beacon of renewed hope for thousands of residents in the area.

The revamped facility now boasts upgraded wards, a functional laboratory, a well-equipped maternity section, modern diagnostic tools, and improved staff quarters—all aimed at providing quality healthcare services closer to the people.

Speaking during an inspection visit, Governor Oyebanji reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to equitable healthcare access across all parts of Ekiti State. He noted that the upgrade aligns with his broader vision to ensure that no community is left behind in the state’s development agenda.

“Healthcare is one of the pillars of our development plan. We want every Ekiti citizen—whether in the city or the rural area—to have access to quality and affordable medical care,” Oyebanji said.

Residents of the benefiting communities have expressed gratitude to the governor for what they described as “a breath of fresh air” in public healthcare delivery, noting that pregnant women, children, and the elderly no longer have to travel long distances for medical attention.

The Commissioner for Health, Dr. Oyebanji Filani, described the transformation as part of ongoing efforts to reposition primary and secondary healthcare institutions across the state, noting that similar projects are being executed in other local government areas.

With the completion of the Ilupeju/Itapa General Hospital upgrade, Ekiti State continues to consolidate its position as one of the few subnational governments in Nigeria prioritising people-oriented healthcare reforms under the Oyebanji administration.
